The role of the clerk is to act as liaison officer between the residents of Latimer and Ley Hill Parish and Latimer and Ley Hill Parish Council. The clerk ensures that the council as a whole conducts its business properly and to provide independent, objective and professional advice and support.
The clerk is also the Responsible Financial Officer in charge of credit control and bought ledger for the parish and the point of contact for information required under The Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Responsibilities: Responsible Financial Officer and Administrative duties including maintaining the Latimer and Ley Hill Parish Council website – www.latimerleyhillparishcouncil.co.uk, Member of the Financial Committee, Planning Committee, Dilly Dells Working Group and the Speeding Working Group.
