Council Meetings
The Parish Council holds a minimum of eight meetings per year. The Public are encouraged and always welcome to attend these meetings. A period is set aside called ‘Public Quarter Hour’ at the commencement of the meeting to enable the Public to express their views on matters which affect the Parish. Should a member of the Public wish to address the Parish Council at a meeting or meetings then we would request that you contact the Parish Clerk – parish.clerk@latimerleyhillparishcouncil.co.uk
The Agendas for meetings are published on this website at least three days before each meeting.
The Clerk to the Council records the matters that arise from the meetings and produces the minutes. These are then approved by the members of the Parish Council at the following Parish Council Meeting. Once the minutes have been approved they are published on this website. As a result there is a delay in publishing the minutes.
