Latimer and Ley Hill are two small, rural villages, situated near the town of Chesham in South East England.  The civil parish of Latimer and Ley Hill comes under Buckinghamshire Council in the county of Buckinghamshire.  There are 280 electors in Latimer and 531 electors in Ley Hill.

The villages lie in the picturesque Chiltern Hills, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
